Sillage Aviation acts as an intermediary for private flight charters. Flights are operated by air carriers holding a valid Air Operator Certificate, named in every quote. The terms applicable to each flight are provided with the quote.

Data and purposes. The information you send us by form, email or WhatsApp (name, phone, email, route, dates, number of passengers, message) is used only to answer your request, prepare your quote and arrange your flight. Only departure, arrival, date, name, phone and email are required: without them we cannot reply to you.

Legal basis. Processing is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and then for performing it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for complying with our accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Recipients. The Sillage team; the selected airline, only for the data the flight requires; our host Netlify, Inc., located in the United States, with this transfer covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention. Three years from our last exchange for a request that does not lead to a flight; for a completed flight, the duration of our business relationship, then ten years for invoices and accounting records, as required by law.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it, by writing to contact@sillageaviation.com. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies. This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to third parties when you visit.
