We follow your flight until landing. If the planned aircraft becomes unavailable, we immediately look for a replacement aircraft from other certified operators. If no option suits you, the amounts paid for the flight not performed are refunded, under the terms of your contract.

The decision always rests with the captain: safety comes first. We then offer you a new time, a nearby airport or another solution, and keep you informed at every step.
